Sales Operations Intern

Location: Eatontown, NJ


The Sales Operations Intern position is a part of Aspire Technology Partners customer-focused Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Intern supports the Sales Operations team by performing various tasks during the sales process and acting as Aspire’s primary reception support. As a representative of Aspire Technology Partners, the Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism during the post ordering phase of our sales process.


  • Order Processing: Convert quotes to orders and send to various vendors
  • Customer Order Tracking: Once a purchase order has been processed, create and maintain the customer’s Order Tracking Summary.
  • Reception Support: Main contact for greeting visitors and showing them to reception area or conference room. Answering Aspire’s main phone line and directing calls throughout the company. May be asked to order/set-up lunches for company or customer meetings and/or run errands offsite.
  • Maintenance Audits: Post-processing of maintenance orders by ensuring that the required information is added from Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) and accurate in quoting tool.
  • Completes compliance training by due date

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word or similar tools.

Preferred Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with quoting or finance tools


  • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy a must
