Director, Service DeliveryLinda joined Aspire in 2017. As Director of Service Delivery, she strengthens the operational alignment between project management and Engineering service delivery. Linda has full management autonomy and discretionary authority over the team’s internal processes and is responsible for the seamless management and handover of projects to Aspire customers. Linda has over 20 years of various industry experience and has focused closely on delivering results through project management and continuous improvement. She has a record of driving necessary organizational changes while streamlining procedures and documentation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people and processes. Her technical know-how will also benefit the alignment of these processes and procedures to attain the desired outcomes of our customers. Linda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. Linda holds PMP Certification. She is a Certified Scrum Master, and will be ITIL certified soon.
