The Cisco Customer Journey Platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contact center solution that is centrally managed and administered from the cloud to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. The platform creates a single, global queue in the cloud from which to route omnichannel customer interactions to one or more teams, sites, or outsource partners. It gives organizations control over every incoming and outgoing interaction from a central point, regardless of division, technology, or location. Using predictive analytics-based routing, it knows which agents, teams, sites, and partners are available at any given time and sends each interaction to the agent with the best performance record for handling it. Key collaboration capabilities allow agents to engage peers inside and outside the contact center to improve the customer’s experience and optimize the customer journey during every interaction.
