Sales Operations Intern

Location: Eatontown, New Jersey

We currently have an opening for a Sales Operations Intern at our corporate office in Eatontown, NJ. The position is full time non-exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:  OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

    • Data projects: work on data cleanup projects as assigned. Analyze reports for missing data or corrections needed, validate data from various tools and online portals.
    • Customer Order Tracking: Once a purchase order has been processed, create, and maintain the customer’s Order Tracking Summary.
    • Reception Support: Main contact for greeting visitors and showing them to reception area or conference room. Answering Aspires main phone line and directing calls throughout the company. May be asked to order/set-up lunches for company or customer meetings and/or run errands offsite.
    • Maintenance Audits: Post processing of maintenance orders by ensuring that the required information is added from Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) and accurate in quoting tool.
    • Completes compliance training by due date.

    • Ability to commute daily to company’s New Jersey headquarters (Eatontown)

    • Minimal Travel Required

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word or similar tools.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with quoting or finance tools
