Handle all tasks related to quoting and maintaining IT renewals of services and provide day to day support to Aspire customers. The Lifecycle Services Specialist may work from the Company’s corporate headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey, or remotely.
Duties include, but not limited to:
1] Create customer renewal quotes for Cisco, EMC, VMware and other product lines
2] Assist in auditing order history, Cisco reports and contract details for customer facing quote preparation
3] Assist clients with customer service requests and following up on related issues
4] Research contract details with various vendors to provide summary report of current contract information
5] Assist in auditing orders for processing
6] Assist in reviewing and reporting to follow up on open orders
7] Assist in auditing, maintaining and creating customer contract summaries
9] Research and resolve issues relating to maintenance and license renewals
10] Set up Smart Assist Accounts for customers Cisco One purchases
11] Report unattached services opportunities in sales management system for tracking
12] Assist in maintaining and auditing sales forecast for renewals
13] Adhere to all established policies, procedures and the code of ethics
Desired Skills & Experience
1] Excellent proficiency in Excel, sales management software a plus.
2] IT prior experience helpful; knowledge of Cisco, EMC and Vmware product lines a plus.
3] Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go the extra mile
4] Ability to work independently
5] Self-motivated, efficient, reliable
